Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items returned after the return period has expired.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the product to verify the issue.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
